Minimum five years experience as a Security Supervisor or five years related management experience

Interact and coordinate activities with Risk Management

Encourage a positive attitude among employees and ensure that all guests, employees, and management are treated with courtesy and respect

Is polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management, and employees

Inform General Manager of all matters concerning safety and security

Be knowledgeable of detailed emergency evacuation plan specifically concerning fire procedures

Manage zone seat fill rates for EV Certifications, Love Encore STAR Academies, Retailer Driving Programs, and other Zone/Local engagements

Maintain certification in all Sales/Fixed Operations Brand, Product, Technology, and Skills Courses.

Must be approved as an “Authorized Driver” by Risk Management to operate vehicles prior to vehicle operation.

Prioritizes District/Retailer needs for most effective execution of product training, sales process training and customer experience improvement.

Contribute to ensuring overall customer experience improvement initiatives through training support and collaboration with Customer Experience Teams.

Manage Zone training budget to support training and promotional needs.

Previous retail management experience, preferably in licensed products, apparel, giftware or housewares.

Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff.

Stockroom management ensuring inventory is properly stored and organized for easy and accurate rotation to sales floor.

Performance management and annual reviews of staff.

Training on product and company knowledge.

Manages payroll budget effectively. Cross trains and redeploys staff as business demands change.
