Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback

5+ years experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role.

A portfolio or work samples demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions that solve customer problems

Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:

Debate the costs and benefits of user experience activities

Work as a member of an agile team focused on designing great user experiences

Significant experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Product Designer, UX Researcher or similar role

Past experience working in health and pharmacy is a plus

Experience with responsive design and native app design

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs.

- Collaborate closely with headquarters in Hangzhou, ensuring outstanding and consistent user experiences.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user experience.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field.

- Experience in collaborating with international teams and understanding cultural nuances is highly desirable.

- Conceptualize and design innovative user interfaces and interaction flows for Alibaba.com's buyer products.

Demonstrated user experience design skills with expert knowledge of current design programs

Provide strong client management skills with flawless follow-up.

60% Translate wireframes into comps, storyboards, experience prototypes.

Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript

Solid time management and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at various stages of their development.

Effectively collaborates with managers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to define, conceptualize, and design user-facing products.

Designs across web, mobile apps, and in-store environments, ensuring a consistent user experience across different platforms.

Champions user experience design throughout the organization and contributes to making it an essential process for improvement and innovation.

Serves as a subject matter expert and thought leader on user experience design for assigned domain.

Mentors user experience designers across the department.
