General Function:

As a Senior UX Designer, you will help define and design solutions that solve real problems for our customers. . You will work cross-functionally to build accessible, seamless and easy-to-use experiences that will help our customers live easier, healthier and happier lives. Key Repsonsibilities:

• Interpret data and qualitative feedback
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Tech Leads to refine problem statements and user stories
• Keep abreast of competitor products, consumer insights and industry trends
• Debate the costs and benefits of user experience activities
• Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement
• Work with developers who build interface designs, ensuring quality and accessibility
• Plan and facilitate UX workshops
• Create sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and microcopy
• Work as a member of an agile team focused on designing great user experiences
• Plan and conduct user research

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:

• Proven experience planning and conducting user research using a variety of methods
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
• Past experience working in health and pharmacy is a plus
• Significant experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Product Designer, UX Researcher or similar role
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Experience with responsive design and native app design
• Strong portfolio of projects, demonstrating the application of interaction design, information architecture, visual design and accessibility fundamentals in a variety of contexts

Experience and Education:

A bachelor degree is preferred, or relevant experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
• Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: operating a computer, occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.
• Must be able to perform the following physical activities: meeting with customers, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.

Working Conditions:

The duties for this position are performed in a general or remote office setting. There is weekly pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a day.

Equipment Used to Perform Job:

Laptop and desktop computer, telephone, copier, Fax, printer, PC with Microsoft Office programs and other software relevant to specific position.

Has frequent contact with office personnel in other departments related to the position as well as occasional contact with users and customers.
