Urbn Employee Relations Specialist Jobs in Illinois

Participates in the development and delivery of management training programs designed to advance the labor relations skills of the Company.

Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and able to deliver quality work on deadlines.

Partners with the Director of HR regarding the Performance Management process and implementation.

Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills and able to learn new systems; experience with G-Suite preferred.

Maintain knowledge of labor/union issues and best practices in order to promote positive labor relations.

Provides advice and counsel to frontline supervisors and managers regarding Labor Relations issues.

Experienced indocumenting investigations, and makes sound recommendations to all levels of management

Preferred, Experience working in a union environment and assisting in the grievance management process.

Experience communicating and delivering recommendations to all levels of management

Experience Utilizing Case Management Programs (i.e., Navex)

Provides ongoing support and guidance to employees and leaders on HR practices, policies, and employment regulatory requirements

Partner with legal resources as needed to ensure employee relations activities adhere to company policy and legal and regulatory requirements

Experienced in documenting investigations, and makes sound recommendations to all levels of management

Preferred, Experience working in a union environment and assisting in the grievance management process.
