Unmanned Aircraft Systems Technician Jobs

Serve as a consultant to management and as an external spokesman for Bell on major matters and programs.

Equivalent university level education, training, and experience in UAS operations may be considered in lieu of pilot hours.

Perform additional tasks and acquire varying responsibilities as appropriate.

At least 250 hours of manned and/or unmanned pilot experience, 100 of which are PIC hours.

At least 2 years of experience in experimental flight test planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting.

Experience flying UAS larger than 55 pounds.

Experience operating remotely-controlled aircraft systems Required

Work on research and adhoc projects as assigned by the Ag Business Development Manager

Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field (or comparable work experience)

Part 107 Remote Pilot License (or higher level Pilot's license) Required

Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Pilot Yamaha unmanned helicopters and multi-rotor drones

Minimum of 14 years aviation experience OR 10 years experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

At least five (5) years of experience in commercial or military aircraft maintenance

Manned or unmanned ISR platforms are desired but not a requirement

Services and inspects UAS aircraft, components and related aerospace equipment.

Performs end-of-runway, post- flight, pre-flight, thru-flight and phase inspections.

Removes and installs UAS components and conducts functional and operational tests.

Adjusts, aligns and rigs UAS flight controls and other components
