Overview Unemployment Insurance Quality Control Auditors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of unemployment insurance claims. They review and audit claims to ensure that all information is accurate and that all applicable laws and regulations are being followed. They also provide guidance and assistance to employers and claimants in understanding and complying with unemployment insurance regulations. Detailed Job Description Unemployment Insurance Quality Control Auditors are responsible for conducting audits of unemployment insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They review and analyze claims to verify accuracy of information and to ensure that all applicable laws and regulations are being followed. They also provide guidance and assistance to employers and claimants in understanding and complying with unemployment insurance regulations. Auditors may also be responsible for conducting investigations into potential fraud or abuse of the unemployment insurance system. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in auditing or accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification preferred
• Knowledge of unemployment insurance laws and regulations
