Turnaround And Restructuring Vice President Jobs

Manage the post investment relationship with a multitude of portfolio companies post deal close to deal exit

Lead the Firm’s restructuring, evaluate and supervise liquidations, turnarounds and restructurings.

Liaise with portfolio company senior members to understand and accomplish their goals

Perform due diligence of borrows and work with the investment team on reporting and KPI’s during the deal execution phase

Be responsible for portfolio updates and KPI performance for presentation to the Investment Committee

Develop a deep understand of various Sectors to support monitoring of the portfolio as well as new deals

Experience in plant maintenance processes and reliability technology tools

Experience in reliability technology tools such as Failure Mode Effects Analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis.

Responsible for managing and developing turnaround execution timeline, cost, and schedule as well as turnaround processes.

Work with advanced equipment while leading a team to monitor maintenance changes and development.

Launch site specific turnaround scope, goals, and performance metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

2-4 years of work experience in corporate restructuring or management consulting positions with a financial or accounting focus (required)

Control project costs, develop resource plans, and manage the transaction or restructuring process timeline

Develop G2’s junior resources by offering mentorship and training

Manage business development activity through sourcing and closing prospective clients

5 - 7+ years of formal operational and financial restructuring experience in a consulting/advisory capacity

Strong business analysis, financial analysis and modeling skills

Relevant experience working in professional services, management consulting, or investment banking environments; can flex and adapt easily between settings

Demonstrated working understanding of liquidity management

Manage liquidity and forecast financial performance, including 3-statement model build, 13-week cash flow analyses, P&L budgets, and multi-year forecasts

Manage initiatives with key business stakeholders including our client’s employees, boards, investors, lenders, customers, and any other third parties

Strong working financial modeling capabilities

Proficient experience or familiarity working in turnaround environments or under-performing companies (or their subsidiaries)
