Truck Shop Manager Jobs

Ability to weld, cut and fabricate related to our ready mix fleet. Experience with aluminum welding.

Mechanical experience in a fleet environment – ready mix experience preferred with highway fleet mechanical experience required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Proactive in SAFETY and works well in a team environment

Previous employee management in a truck service department

Excellent communication and customer service experience

Experience working in a service department

A high school diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Assists service mechanics with problematic repairs, offering insight and guidance.

Minimum seven (7) years of service mechanic experience in heavy duty truck and trailer maintenance.

Two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Industrial technical certifications preferred (e.g. ASE, Air Conditioning, DOT Brake, DOT Preventative maintenance).

Knowledge of financial principles relative to Truck Shop operations.
