6+ year's experience in B2B Sales and Strategic Account Management

Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to close and partner with internal resources to drive deals to completion.

Real Estate or Enterprise SaaS experience  

Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively deploy Latch in your local market.

Establish relationships with key stakeholders in your local market by leveraging existing relationships to drive local expansion

Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations that speak to Latch’s vision and the value it can provide to your partner network.

Knowledge of commercial cleaning requirements

Must successfully complete training and attain/retain certifications applicable to assigned job

Experience in commercial cleaning with OSHA approved cleaning compounds and tools preferred

Perform cleaning assignments for train cars in accordance with FDA and Amtrak standards and guidelines

Drain and flush waste tanks

Vacuum, mop, dust, sweep, wash walls and windows

Manage trailers in multiple lots.

Must be skilled in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Supervise the regular route trucks and dispatch on-demand trucks.

Take orders by telephone and through on-line communications.

Coach drivers periodically in paperwork to achieve and exceed minimum standards.

Must use ELD systems and work with drivers to use them properly.
