Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Management, Hospitality Management or Project Management.

Regional management of trips as a Trip Designer as needed. The Trip Designer Role entails, but not limited to:

Trip budget creation and management and work with the accounting department to manage costs, projections, and profit margins.

Manage onboarding and training of all new teammates and in-year training as needed.

Manage calendar and brief travel agent for client calls

Information gathering and monitoring skills

Earn your Travel Agent certification

Assist with developing travel itineraries including group transportation, hotel, and venue arrangements

Keep track and maintain customer records

Conduct customer outreach through email and social media – solicit interest, customer intake, schedule intro calls for agents
