This position is not responsible for the supervision of staff.

Bachelors or better in Business Administration.

You will prepare and provide sales/service management tools including call plans, call reports, sales reports, and profitability and market analyses.

You will coordinate service support providing solutions to complex depository/cash management concerns which affect customer relationships.

You will develop and execute sales presentations for customers including cost/benefit analysis, service and fee comparisons, written proposals, and profitability analysis.

You will prepare and recommend market, product, and pricing strategies to achieve market share and profitability goals.

How You'll Spend Your Time

Provides clerical assistance in training Bank personnel on the features and benefits of Treasury management products and services.

Effective organizational and time management skills.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Wires, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Account Reconciliation, Lockbox, 3rd Party Depository Services, Merchant Card Services, Account Analysis.

Basic knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, Bank operational policies and procedures, and the Bank’s products and services.

Intermediate typing skills to meet production needs of the position.

Experience with treasury management and products/services.

Partner with Treasury Management Sales to develop strategies around increasing productivity for sales support functions and recommend opportunities for process improvement

Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of Treasury Management Sales Support to meet business objectives

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Treasury Management Sales Support functional area

Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with low to moderate complexity and risk in functional area

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers as well as interact directly with external customers

Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing banks – with a focus on Treasury Management

College degree with specialized training in banking/finance or equivalent work experience required.

Certified treasury Management Professional and Accredited ACH Professional designations preferred

Ability to identify changes and trends emerging in the treasury management industry

Must possess strong working knowledge of Bank’s core vendor

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, and access)
