2 to 4 years of job experience making major diesel repairs, heavy-duty tractor-trailer repairs, and major refrigeration maintenance and repairs.

Current ASE certification in Medium/Heavy Truck Brakes (Test T4).

Current ASE certification in Medium/Heavy Truck Suspension and Steering (Test T5).

Cummins or Detroit certification in major overhaul and repairs.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, project management, negotiation and leadership skills.

Knowledge and experience with transportation technology and use of transportation network companies (Uber and Lyft).

Ability to communicate recommendations to upper management and transportation providers.

Familiarity with Cognos or Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) a plus.

Education toward such a degree will be prorated on the basis of the proportion of the requirements actually completed.
