They must be knowledgeable of the routes they are taking and be able to follow directions accurately. They must also be able to communicate effectively with passengers and other drivers. They must be able to operate a variety of vehicles, such as cars, vans, buses, and trucks. They must also be able to inspect their vehicles before and after each trip to ensure that they are in safe working condition. They must also be able to maintain accurate records of their trips and ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly. Job Skills Required
