Performing inventory transactions and research

Coordinating and conducting various inventory activities in the warehouse

Resolving inquiries and requests from customers, vendors, and G.O. Merchandising/Procurement staff

Prepare detailed payroll reports for management.

Provide Corp Logistic management with the distribution and transportation safety numbers for all of the Logistic distributions sites.

Excellent PC skills including sound working knowledge of Excel and Word.

Associate Degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience with full project life cycle and Web

5+ years of experience with ASP or ASP.NET

3+ years of experience with XML or XSL

2+ experience with Web Services (SOAP), XML Technologies, XSLT, Oracle Database

Skills: .net, ASP, ASP.net, Bachelors Degree

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in a management role in supply chain.

Experience in supply chain in a retail organization leading optimization and integration projects.

Experience in implementing LEAN processes within Supply Chain.

Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

Experience developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget.

Experience partnering, inspiring, and influencing all levels of the organization, including the senior leaders.

Two years’ experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent combination of education and experience

Provide assurance that all incoming products conform to written and approved quality specifications

Perform inspections on inbound product following company guidelines and written specifications

Communicate with buyers and the Merchandising department on inventory levels, short-dated product, shrink and other quality-related issues on a timely basis

Check Brix, pressure levels and pulp temperatures on inbound produce

Reject product that is out of temperature or dating guidelines; communicate that information to immediate supervisor, Merchandising and Procurement staff
