Translation Services Specialist Ii Jobs in Iowa

Responds to management direction in the completion of requests, department needs, or scheduling while supporting established service standards.

Assists with auxiliary products/services inquiries from the branches and Contact Center, including Digital Wallets, Card Manager, Fraud alerts etc.

Troubleshoots and resolves credit/debit card processing issues with emphasis on Member Experience.

Meet with manager on a regular basis to discuss goal alignment, performance metrics, and development plans.

Comply with requirements imposed by federal, state and local regulatory agencies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong news judgment and knowledge of finance and business, as well as an interest in international affairs

Knowledge of digital and social media skills and an open mind to new technology including machine translation.

Curate the JWSJ site to ensure it offers relevant content in a timely manner

Excellent English and Japanese language skills

Several years of experience translating English-language news stories into Japanese

Pay Range: $40,000 - $160,000

Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential

Ability to work under pressure is a requirement.

Adobe Writer experience is preferred.

A high school degree or equivalent is required with one to three years’ related experience.

Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish is REQUIRED

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are required
