Business Analytics experience in a BPO setting

We need a Business Analyst with vast experience in the following disciplines:

MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

Basic understanding of database theories and tables

Creating/Modifying Salesforce Reports (Classic & Lightning)

Zendesk Report Creation (Including MAQLs)

Experience with websites and ability to provide advice over the phone

Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy, through the pillars of community foundations, and guest experience to life.

1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Learner Mindset: Is curious, open to feedback, and pursues learning and progressing new skills to continually grow and develop

Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.

Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.

Utilizes Lean principles, project management, and quality improvement to improve public health and grant program outcomes. (10%)

Prepares necessary and required reports to management, funders, and the community. (10%)

1-3 years experience developing, implementing, and evaluating health and wellness programs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Required and

Manages and coordinates the design and implementation of public health program and grant activities. (10%)

Manages and coaches employees; assigns duties to expedite workflow and reviews work. (10%)

Develops and manages grant budgets, work plans, subcontracts, and ensures compliance. Monitors and tracks subcontractor activities and implementation. (5%)

Use strong communication skills to implement “sales through service” techniques as they guide Guests through their chocolate purchase experience

Demonstrates knowledge of HACCP, basic food temperatures, proper food handling, and good judgment of quantity, quality, and production

Knowledge of kitchen equipment, basic tools, small wares, culinary techniques, and ingredients specialized to that location

Technical knowledge (equipment, tempering of chocolate, crystallization, storage, shelf life)

Good conversational communication skills are required

Prior experience working with chocolate and/or candy making/confections in a bakery, restaurant, or retail setting
