Manage PepsiCo Integrated Freight loads

Backfill responsibilities for other Admin roles in the Traffic department

Strong working knowledge of transportation industry particularly as it pertains to potatoes, packaging, ingredients, and finished product

Work closely with our Sales Team to ensure accurate and timely delivery, along with issue resolution for any load issues.

Daily routing duties for internal driver load board.

Assist management team in performance appraisals, work improvement plans and provide training for new employees.

Experience and knowledge of modeling and microscope simulation.

Experience and knowledge of VISSIM or similar applications.

Experience leading technical traffic engineering analysis on improvement projects.

Experience determining analytical procedures and conclusions.

Work in a traffic analysis team consisting of transportation analysts and perform duties of a team player.
