Self-reliant and able to manage priorities and thorough understanding of the software lifecycle and relevant software methodologies used in software development.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5+ years' similar work experience to include prior experience within a major trading platform & client support production.

Demonstrated proficiency in computer programming, including hands-on experience with Java 8, JavaScript, and SQL.

Assist in leading the development process in various phases of algorithmic product development, including research, design, testing, implementation, integration, and support.

Timely and accurate capture of all transactions on Risk Management Systems.

Year of experience: 5 + years of relevant experience

Must have experience with both Equities and Bonds, US and International

Understand trading structures accurately to capture all transactions, complete reconciliation checks, and ensure controls are performed.

Ensure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on a timely basis.

4+ years of experience in trading index options and volatility derivatives including VIX

Strong academic background in one of the following fields : Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience being Vol product book runner in a Tier1 bank with a strong track record
