Tiktok Producer And Creator Jobs in New York

20 hours of work per week

Position is fully on site, at our studio in the Brooklyn Navy Yard at 77

Ave. Position is an hourly rate of $25 per hour.

Oversee the casting process, including audition management and talent selection

Familiarity with casting, production management, and video editing for social media

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate teams

Create and manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Ensure content meets TikTok guidelines and platform-specific requirements

At least 5 years of experience in film or video production, preferably with short-form content

1-2 years experience in creating video content for a brand/media company

Video editing skills required using Adobe Premiere and/or iPhone apps (InShot Cap Cut, etc.)

Past media experience a plus

Create and edit videos with celebrity guests and podcast hosts in the Betches HQ office

Assist Director, TikTok Content & Strategy in launching and managing new TikTok accounts

Create compilation and meme videos from celebrity archival footage
