Proven experience as an Affiliate/Influencer Manager, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics industry.

Proficiency in using influencer management and affiliate tracking tools/software.

Develop and manage affiliate commission structures, tracking systems, and reporting mechanisms.

Cultivate brand loyalty among influencers and affiliates by ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout their partnership with us.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective relationships with influencers, affiliates, and internal teams.

This position is a remote contract. 10-20 hours a week.

3+ years’ experience in the influencer/talent management industry

Manage with the day-to-day management of a roster of digital talent (particularly from the TikTok platform)

Diary management & proactive outreach for a small but niche roster of talent.

Exceptional skills and knowledge of TikTok

Self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously

Help to brainstorm and develop innovative & integrated TikTok marketing strategies that maximise exposure and revenue streams for fashion influencers.

Strong grammar, strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to meet tight deadlines

Extensive knowledge of internet sports culture (including passion for fantasy sports and sports betting)

Hall of Fame benefit programs and platforms

Assist in overseeing, curating and running FanDuel’s content on video-driven social media platforms, primarily focusing on TikTok

Strong understanding of TikTok, with experience in TikTok content creation

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Adobe Cloud experience or similar tools & techniques needed for designing social-first content

Ability to create engaging content (images and video) that align with brand look and feel
