Responsible for proper inventory control methods by following current Standard Operating Procedures
Responsible for properly updating each component into computer during delivery returns
Store blood and components in appropriate refrigerator, freezer, or incubator
Arrange blood products according to expiration dates, and remove all expired products according to Standard Operating Procedures
Check and respond to storage devices alarms
Use first in first out method of inventory control

Detailed Job Description The Third Shift Maintenance Tech is responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on a variety of equipment and systems in a manufacturing environment. This includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment, as well as installation of new equipment. The Maintenance Tech must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
