Knowledge of the Semiconductor industry, plasma, and capital equipment experience a plus.

Candidate will perform continuous Improvement on RF delivery system of current products and future products, manage RF system escalations as needed.

Experience with industrial electronics, control systems, and I/O.

Experience working with vendors to implement your designs in a timely and cost-effective fashion.

Excellent analysis and trouble-shooting skills

Proven successful experience leading a research team

Manage multiple and/or large RF Propagation and analysis projects

Mentor staff in the development of technical, project, and business development skills

Experience in RF Propagation mathematical methods, implementation of new and established methods, and application of methods to solve specific problems

Must have experience with complex RF measurement equipment (Power Meters, Network and Spectrum Analyzers, etc.).

SPICE, LabView, MathCAD or MatLab, and analysis tools (i.e. – HFSS, Comsol, Microwave Studio) experience preferred.

Ability to drive functional requirements and execute in a dynamic team environment

You will be responsible for performing professional electrical engineering research, design, development, modification, and evaluation in support of electrical and electro-mechanical

Prepares technical reports and documentation of activity for the client and project management.

Knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities and impact of project execution. (High proficiency)

Potential to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations.

10+ years related field engineering experience or a broad general engineering background

Interfaces with procurement and subcontract personnel to facilitate the bid process.

Prior experience as test engineer in autonomous vehicle development

Excellent attention to detail and experience solving challenging test problems

Support the whole development and validation process of Autopilot features (Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Support Systems, etc)

Work with internal engineering teams and external governing agencies to validate vehicle performance

Travel to proving grounds to perform closed-course in-vehicle testing and tuning

Develop in-house tooling and automation processes to increase the efficiency of data gathering and analysis
