Test Automation Engineering Jobs in Iowa

Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Knowledge of Computerized Calibration Management System a plus

AA/AS/AAS in mechanical/electronics or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years IT/Automation or mechanical experience

Wiring, networking and operating computer programs within an industrial/manufacturing environment

Bolting brackets, and basic hand tool usage

Collaborate with quality engineers to communicate time periods of failure of the system

Experience deploying systems and/or software installations from source code management systems such as VSS, Perforce.

Execute automation strategy, define and manage automation metrics, and drive process improvements

Establish policies and procedures to ensure that the IT organization understands their roles and responsibilities for test automation.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Minimum 10 years' experience in quality assurance/testing procedures, testing methodologies that includes implementing automation solutions

Experience implementing one or more automation frameworks (UTF, QC/ALM, Selenium or developed in-house)

Experience as an Engineering Technician or 3+ years as an Automotive Service Technician.

Extensive knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles.

Analytical problem-solving skills & root cause analysis.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Experience with MS office tools (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
