Preparing and submitting field visit reports as required by District Sales Manager

Maintaining up-to-date customer record books and other records in accordance with District Sales Manager instructions

Aggressively seeking new customers and formulate and follow plans for such action as directed by the District Sales Manager.

Staying attentive to competitor’s product and merchandizing practices and keep the District Sales Manager informed

Assisting in the field training of any sales person as requested by the District Sales Manager

Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of 5 years of sales experience with 3 of those 5 years in medical sales; or

Master’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field. Certification as a CPA, CMA, or CGFM is required.

Experience working and/or consulting in a unionized environment

Experience working for a municipal organization

Provide consultation for collective bargaining negotiations and advise District administration, and Board of Directors, regarding financially related issues and impacts.

Manages employee overtime and equipment reliability to achieve lowest maintenance costs for the plant.

Manages maintenance schedulers in scheduling of work, developing and setting objectives, monitoring of progress, and the evaluation of results.

Manages the execution of major construction and maintenance projects

You have a minimum of five years leadership experience.

You have experience in mechanical and/or systems related technical training or equivalent experience, preferred. Continuous improvement/lean manufacturing experience is preferred.

You must possess analytical troubleshooting skills, and have good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of construction safety, current Federal and OSHA requirements

Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Assist and provide safety training on policies, procedures, OSHA/MSHA, NCCER, SIMS, orientation, and client specific requirements

OSHA 30, 500 and 510 certifications

Certification as a Safety Professional or Emergency Medical Technician is preferred

Manage day-to-day relationships with clients while performing within established processes and budget parameters.

Embrace coaching and feedback provided by your manager and implement changes as needed to help meet the team and client goals.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.

Experience in a multi-client environment, highly preferred.

Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses, highly preferred.

Experience using QuickBooks or similar cloud-based accounting software for/in a professional organization.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant technician, field service, or customer support experience

Previous experience as Technician/Field Service Engineer within medical device industry.

Experience with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol and medical terminology.

Ability to troubleshoot with technical skills, creativity and high discipline.

Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.

Responsive problem solver and action oriented in resolving customer issues and meeting customer requirements.
