Extensive knowledge of the development and permitting process.

Proficiency with project planning and management tools including SmartSheet, Excel, and Box.

Use Smartsheet and Box to manage product development.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate with diverse audiences, specifically racially, ethnically, and socioeconomically diverse communities.

Coordinates with vendor/building management Company to provide maintenance and repairs of facilities.

Develops plans and programs for preventative maintenance and facility & equipment requirements.

Investigates and evaluates new material, systems equipment or items which may otherwise benefit the facilities in its facilities programs.

Arrange work schedule or required hours to the benefit of the facility.

Be responsible for completion of daily job duties as well as projects.

Makes decisions without consulting manager regarding minor decisions in performance of daily facility and maintenance tasks
