The Temporary HR Leave Administrator is responsible for managing and administering employee leave requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes reviewing and approving leave requests, tracking leave balances, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Temporary HR Leave Administrator will also provide guidance and support to employees regarding leave policies and procedures. Additionally, the Temporary HR Leave Administrator will be responsible for providing reports and other data as requested.What is Temporary Hr Leave Administrator Job Skills Required?

• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
