Overview A Temporary Full Time Family Advocate is a professional who works with families to provide support and assistance in a variety of areas. They are responsible for helping families to identify and address their needs, and to develop and implement strategies to meet those needs. They also provide advocacy and support to families in order to ensure that their rights and interests are protected. Detailed Job Description A Temporary Full Time Family Advocate is responsible for providing support and assistance to families in a variety of areas. This includes providing advocacy and support to families in order to ensure that their rights and interests are protected. They are also responsible for helping families to identify and address their needs, and to develop and implement strategies to meet those needs. Additionally, they provide information and resources to families in order to help them make informed decisions about their lives. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience working with families
• Knowledge of family dynamics and dynamics of family systems
• Knowledge of community resources and services
• Ability to assess family needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
• Ability to advocate for families
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
