Temporary Collections Specialist Jobs in Arizona

Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with Accounting Manager & Controller.

Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required

Experience with Invoiced.com and Quickbooks Online preferred

Minimum of 2 years of corporate collections experience including interaction with a large customer base.

Quickbooks experience (Web & Desktop)

Monitor AR email inbox throughout workday for new sales orders received and process accordingly

Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or finance industry

Working knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA experience

Excellent written and verbal communication combined with analytical and problem-solving skills

Capability of gaining customer loyalty through listening, relationship building and professional and persuasive communication skills

College experience, Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred

Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
