Experience writing DACS-compliant finding aids in ArchivesSpace preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across an inter-departmental and institutional structure preferred
Strong problem solving and organizational skills preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Ability to work independently, to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously preferred

Proficient with Adobe Premiere, Bridge, and VLC. Collection database software (TMS) and Terminal/Command line experience a plus.

Creates a detailed inventory of assets for each department producing media.
Identifies at-risk hardware and files formats.
Documents and reports findings to departments that are aiding in project decisions.
