Preparing the clinical environment, which may include preparing medical and telecommunications equipment to be used for clinical examination and treatment.

Completing standardized clinical questionnaires and templates within scope of training and applicable guidelines;

Conduct psychotherapy and behavioral management sessions remotely using tele-video technology

Perform neurocognitive testing using tele-video technology; provide virtual in-service education

Significant experience in treating adult and/or elderly patient population

Must have a quiet private location at home or office space in which to consult with patients via tele-video

Experience working with patients with severe persistent mental illness preferred

Clinical Psychologist - Telehealth Responsibilities

Case management and coordination with other service providers.

Communication and great listening skills

Provide individual and crisis counseling as needed via telehealth sessions.

Complete all required paperwork (treatment plans, comprehensive assessments, progress notes within required timeframes).

Must be able to effectively engage clients/patients via telehealth.

Any other duty as assigned by your Supervisor.

Requests laboratory values from dialysis units and primary care providers for patient monitoring and referrals; enters data into patient management system

Assists with patient retention efforts, such as hospitalization management and transfer inquiries

Supports Clinical Nutrition Education team with Continuing Education administrative activities

1-2 years of practical, nutrition related experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

(2) Education. Four academic years above high school leading to a bachelor's degree with courses related to the occupation. OR

Knowledge of all Connected Care programs and operations.
