Excellent employment opportunity for a Data Support Analyst (Algorithm developer) in the Gaithersburg, MD area. Remote, but Onsite Preferred

Maintenance and update of the ‘Resource Breakdown Structure’ to reflect the organizational skills.

Ensure timely, complete, and accurate processing of client transaction files, including timely management and clearing of business rule exceptions

Review, enhance, and sign settlements ensuring client payments and refunds are processed timely

Work with Claims team to reduce Claims in Verification and other claim functions.

Partner with Ops teams to assist with special projects

Ability to learn new systems and manipulate data for reporting

5+ years of experience within a Consulting or Health Technology environment

3+ years of healthcare data analytics experience

Experience with one or more of the following: SQL/PLSQL, ETL, Cognos, R, Python, Tableau, QlikView, Power Bi, Business Objects

Advanced experience with Health Data standards

Experience working in Cloud-based environment (AWS or Azure)

Oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

Other work in the HQF Asset & Technology Management and associated groups, as assigned.

Data Analyst 2: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related program and minimum 3 years work experience in same

Data Analyst 3: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related program and minimum 5 years work experience in same

Ability to acquire knowledge of department processes and operations.

Proven skills in the use of standard desktop software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
