Overview Technology Support Administrators are responsible for providing technical support to users of computer systems, networks, and software applications. They troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, install and configure hardware and software, and provide training and support to users. Detailed Job Description Technology Support Administrators are responsible for providing technical support to users of computer systems, networks, and software applications. They troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, install and configure hardware and software, and provide training and support to users. They also monitor system performance, diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, and maintain system security. Technology Support Administrators may also be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, and providing technical support to other departments. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
