Recommend and implement process improvements and enhancements to optimize the group benefits experience.

10 + years of proven experience as a Functional Architect or similar role, specifically within the group benefits domain.

Strong organization, time-management and multi-tasking skills

5-10 years’ experience in supporting Planning systems like: SAP IBP/APO, o9,Kinaxis, Oracle etc.

Techno-functional Experience in working with constrained based MRP solvers/algorithms

Write of Functional requirement specifications and preparing paper based models of the proposed design.

Must have: Supply Chain data analytical skills and understanding of linear programming.

Must have: Experience with constrained based MRP solvers/algorithms.

•Gathering the requirements from the business and refining it with the technical team.

•Understanding the requirements/process and identifying the required API of the process and do the mapping.
