Assist in implementing and updating facility Sanitation Plans in cooperation with QA management and facility management
Knowledge of HACCP, Hazard Analysis and Risk Preventive Controls, and cGMP’s. HACCP certification and/or Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) training preferred
Maintain special sampling requirements for customers and company, and submit/analyze samples as needed.
Assist in meeting applicable regulatory, company, and customer requirements
Assist in maintaining applicable certifications, such as Organic, Kosher, Hallal, and Non-GMO
Serves as primary GFCO contact, with Plant Manager as the secondary, backup contact.
