On a recurring basis, communicate status to management including any obstacles and potential executive asks

Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills and experience engaging with C-suite executives

Facilitate discussions with project sponsors and key stakeholders to finalize project scope, detailed requirements, solution design, and solution implementation planning

Create go-live strategy, assess impact to end-users, and ensure ultimate realization of intended business benefits

Ability to coordinate project planning and execution with cross-functional project managers, external consultants, application managers, business managers, development, and QA staff

Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus.

We are seeking a change agent with strong troubleshooting skillset / solution oriented mindset and experience implementing best practice solutions.

Ideally have prior exposure to Project Management / business analysis protocols.

Experience developing Target Operating model framework.

Strong interpersonal / collaborative skills.

Axiom system experience a plus.

Project Manager / Business Analyst - Transformation

We need candidates with the following experience.

Candidates MUST have Both Large Banking AND Big 4/Big 6 work experience.

• Up to 7 years max of experience desired in Financial Services, Consulting or Investment Banking

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

Experience working as a technology program manager, managing technical program portfolio reporting, and program planning management functions

Formal training and 5+ years of experience in project execution

Ability to plan, manage and report on multiple mid to large project assignments simultaneously

Ability to work with a team of architecture SMEs to assess needs, understand requirements, and syndicate solutions

Serve as agility lead for CCB Modernization & Architecture Practices Office, managing Kanban backlog and daily stand-up

Strong understanding of modern data technology, architecture, and engineering initiatives

Minimum 2 years of project management experience required

Previous people and/or program management experience preferred

Project Management Professional Certification - PMI Institute or equivalent preferred

Strong time management skills; prioritization and goal setting acumen 

The Project Manager is accountable for the on time, on budget project completion while achieving measurable benefits realization.

Fluency in Monday.Com or a similar project management software

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills in combination with experience in financial modeling.

Leveraging critical thinking and sharp problem-solving skills backed by data to support the design and execution of new solutions.

Partnering with the right people to work across teams, identify requirements, and ensure successful and efficient execution.

Understanding and help communicate clear direction concerning new processes, standards and roles/responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.
