Technical Product Lead Jobs

Responsible for performance management of five (6) + factory resources, including coaching and development of less experienced resources.

Responsible for Cloud Based customer digital experience and ability to manage the CCaaS platform.

Perform lifecycle management of products to a risk-based approach for production currency, software upgrades, and/or configuration updates.

Provide call analytics and reporting capabilities on all new channels.

Lead cross-channel teams to design, develop and launch solutions that enhance customer self-service features and capabilities.

Independently assess products and release changes to production systems assuring quality, security, and compliance requirements are met.

Lead a team of impactful Technical Product Managers to build/maintain processing connections, driving ownership of full lifecycle of Product Management

Drive the development of payment products and solutions that promote security, increase sales, and provide a seamless user experience.

Ensuring all partners have a common understanding of all solution requirements.

Participation in solution design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

Demonstrable payment industry domain expertise. Knowledge of emerging payment trends, players, and competitive landscape.

Ensure product vision and requirements are designed with long-term vision in mind and can be launched globally with minimal tweaks

· Product management - 7-10 years

· Leadership skill - will lead a team but not as a direct manager.

Grooming of an initiative into specific business requirements which will include:

· Establish understanding of customer needs to adequately define and prioritize requirements.

· Partner with LRCC representatives to ensure requirements meet legal, control and risk standards.
