Skilled at collaborative action planning and execution.

Knowledge of pesticide applications, irrigation practices and personnel management.

KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, APTITUDE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Excellent communication skills; able to speak Spanish a plus.

Technologically proficient including computer skills, Microsoft Office, drone technology and other computer programming.

Regulatory compliance: Comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Address any questions from supervisors or inspectors related to job responsibilities.

Works regional trade shows, PULLS, events, or other Dermalogica programs as specified by the District Manager.

Participating in regional or national trade shows may be a requirement and those once-a-year events often overlap with weekends.

Minimum of two years of field sales experience, ideally in the beauty industry or with prestige consumer goods required

Experience with servicing salons, spas, physician’s offices, and the “sole proprietor” customer base is highly desirable

Serve as a project manager or leader of team members supporting the agronomic efforts of the team.

Assist and/or lead organization and implementation of field trials of new biotech/breeding derived potato varieties.

Participate and often lead in facets of trial execution including logistics, planting, field notes, harvesting, and grading.

Write detailed protocols, record, organize, and analyze data, present technical reports and/or summaries.

Ability to negotiate pricing with distributor management.

Good managerial and effective presentation skills

Emphasis in Management and/or Marketing

Ability to manage distributor relating to the development and implementation of local merchandising program and ongoing performance evaluation

Manage all T&E expenses and local budgets for market.

Stay informed and knowledgeable of customer and consumer trends

Experience in power system model definitions; Knowledge of CIM modeling is preferred

Knowledge of the existing business processes is preferred; and skill in continuous process improvement is required

Experience in supporting a SCADA/EMS used for transmission and/or distribution control center operation

Experience supporting real-time systems in an operating environment is preferred

Knowledge of the TMS editors used to define the database, displays, and reports

Functional knowledge of SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) processing

Execute on-farm research trials and projects including: farmer recruitment, collection of data and management information, and dissemination of results

3-5 years of experience working in agronomy, agronomy sales, or conservation agronomy

Strong technical knowledge of soybean cropping systems and agronomy

Experience in agricultural industry and ag retail system

5-7 years of professional working experience in agriculture sales or consulting organization

Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification

Participate actively in local portfolio management and future year forecasting;

Communicate agronomic positioning and benefits of seed and trait products and the benefits and uses of crop protection products;

Experience in agronomy, sales, field development or research and development roles

Collaborate with Seed Dealers/growers to plant trials, collect required data, maintain and harvest trials;

Provide technical support and training for seed dealers and Bayer sales team;

Work with Bayer sales team to achieve local business objectives through technical support, consultation and training;
