Ideal candidate will have recruiting experience.

Prior experience recruiting in a distribution center preferred

Strong technical aptitude and experience working out of multiple systems at one time.

Screen and Interview applicants responding to BBW marketing efforts or come into one of the 3 Job Centers.

Answer phones, address voice mail and email correspondence from candidates and new hires.

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert when it comes to the various job and shift opportunities within the DC’s.

Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate, identify and summarise relevant experience and hard and soft skills

Full training program delivered in all aspects of recruitment, IT, and account management
