The Team Leader Driver Recruiter Remote will be responsible for leading a team of remote driver recruiters in the recruitment and onboarding of qualified drivers. The Team Leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure that the team meets its recruitment goals. The Team Leader will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to the team, as well as ensuring that all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Team Leader will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing recruitment strategies to ensure that the team meets its recruitment goals.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with potential drivers and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the team and providing feedback and guidance.
• Ensuring that all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective recruitment of drivers.
• Assisting with the onboarding of new drivers and providing support throughout the onboarding process.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of driver retention strategies.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of driver training and development programs.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of driver incentive programs.
