Familiarity with budget monitoring and contract management

Minimum 5+ years of multifamily residential maintenance experience

Knowledge of safe work practices, proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and ability to lead monthly safety meetings

Knowledge of materials and laboratory content/protocols;

Communication skills with a teamwork approach;

Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations

Enforces Nutrition Department laboratory safety conduct/guidelines;

Procure materials for the Nutrition and Food labs;

Set up lab, assist during lab, and take-down lab;

Candidate - C/5 grades in GSCE English and Mathematics required, working with some high functioning students

Able to provide behaviour and pastoral support
