Skills, Knowledge, Ability and/or Experience:

Adheres to all responsibilities required of a District school bus driver.

Be able to attain Arizona School Bus Driver's Certification.

SKILLS are required to perform operating a school bus while utilizing multiple operating systems.

Observes all mandatory safety regulations for school buses.

Observes Federal Communications Commission (F.C.C.) regulations when operating two-way radios.

Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Provide direct healthcare services to high school students as needed, including first aid, administering medications, and managing chronic health conditions.

Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify students' health needs and concerns.

Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement healthcare plans for students with special health needs.

Monitor students' health conditions and maintain accurate health records.

Experience successfully building & coaching a team to elite-level performance

At least 3 years of experience using data to drive decision-making in a professional setting

You’re a natural leader who can balance empathy with logic, objectivity, and firmness

You believe that students are limitless but can also sometimes be dishonest, not try their hardest, or make excuses

A Masters degree in any subject

Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Answering parent questions via phone calls and emails, referring to our knowledge base

Managing logistics for tours and shadow days, paying attention to the smallest details and ensuring a seamless experience

2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support or sales

Equipping Alpha Ambassadors to lead campus tours

Inputting data to Salesforce to maintain clear records for each potential student & family

Writing manuals and operating procedures so your systems can be scaled to new campuses
