Undergraduate degree in Business, ideally Marketing; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.

8+ years’ experience in CPG Marketing roles; preferably at the Director level

Experience working across Sales & Marketing roles highly preferred

Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail

· Must have 2 to 5 years of experience in the tea industry

· Manage various parameters in the creation of recipes that include taste, color, density, moisture, price, etc…

Harris Tea is looking for a Tea Specialist to join the team at Marietta, GA.

· The candidate must be willing to taste teas on a daily basis.

· Enter recipes into the system for large scale production.

· Monitor inventory of ingredients and arrange for transfers from offsite warehouse when needed
