Talent Recruiting Specialist Jobs in Virginia

At least 4 years of human resources, learning, or talent management experience.

Support annual employee engagement surveys including participating in the selection of questions, system administration, vendor management, and reporting.

Proficiency with applicant tracking system(s) and learning management systems; ability to work productively with outside vendors.

University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.

Strong computer and time management skills

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting/staffing agency

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Scheduling and project coordination experience

Must possess meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

Must be available to work Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM
