Overview Talent Operations Associates are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a company’s talent acquisition and development processes. They ensure that all talent acquisition and development activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. They also provide support to the Talent Acquisition and Development teams in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Detailed Job Description Talent Operations Associates are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a company’s talent acquisition and development processes. They ensure that all talent acquisition and development activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. They also provide support to the Talent Acquisition and Development teams in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Job Skill Requirements

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) is preferred

• Provide support to the Talent Acquisition and Development teams in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition and Development teams
• Monitor and analyze recruitment and onboarding metrics
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
• Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to the Talent Acquisition and Development teams
• Assist with the development and implementation of training and development programs
