The Talent Management Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers. The Coordinator will also be responsible for onboarding new hires, including providing orientation and training. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for managing the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
