The HR Talent Development Intern will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Researching and developing training programs and materials to support the HR team’s initiatives.
• Conducting training sessions for employees on topics such as leadership development, team building, and communication skills.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of talent development initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Providing support to the HR team in other areas as needed.
