Talent Acquisition Specialist Advisor Jobs in District of Columbia

Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand the technical skills and critical success factors/abilities.

Network, build and maintain relationships with Candidates, HR, and Hiring Managers.

Provide regular metric-based reporting on search progression including candidates in pipeline, lead, interviews, offers and hires.

Extensive experience in direct & passive candidate sourcing utilizing applicant tracking systems and social media tools

Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates (passive and active).

Maintain network of candidates using company's applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Thorough understanding of Staff Augmentation needs and Technical Recruitment and management of the same.

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.

Develop & manage the DPS Database of candidates and Clients to ensure candidate and Client information is readily accessible and up-to-date.

Actively manage existing candidate and or Client relationships through personal communication and regular reporting.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, ideally with a HR or Technical Recruitment qualification.

Experience with federal, state, and local regulations to support candidate placement.
