Talent Acquisition Advisor Manager Jobs

Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand the technical skills and critical success factors/abilities.

Network, build and maintain relationships with Candidates, HR, and Hiring Managers.

Provide regular metric-based reporting on search progression including candidates in pipeline, lead, interviews, offers and hires.

Extensive experience in direct & passive candidate sourcing utilizing applicant tracking systems and social media tools

Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates (passive and active).

Maintain network of candidates using company's applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Coordinate the offer approval process by facilitating the information flow to appropriate management.

Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

Conduct in-depth intake meetings with leaders to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education.

Work with the appropriate hiring managers on requisition approvals; rehire issues and internal/external postings.

Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate for a position.

Negotiate with candidates against counter-offers.

Communicate market concerns and deficiencies in application flow and/or candidate quality concerns to management and other respective hiring personnel

Review and analyze regional termination reports with local management

Develop, manage, and oversee KPIs for the region to meet current and future business needs

Manage relationships with university key contacts

At the direction of their direct manager, actively participates in the development of operational strategies and company-wide best practices

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
