Job Description of IT Systems Support Specialist The IT Systems Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to users of computer systems, networks, and software applications. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and installing new systems, and providing user training and support. The IT Systems Support Specialist must have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications, as well as excellent customer service skills. Job Skills Required

• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
