Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications required

Understand and relate business/functional requirements to application/infrastructure requirements

Train and provide guidance to new IT team members to assist them in orientation to policies, procedures and responsibilities

Serve as an escalation point for system engineers to escalate problems and inquiries requiring further evaluation beyond the associated skill level

Build and manage software delivery, systems integration, and developer support tools.

Administer, manage and support, code repositories on Azure DevOps or BitBucket.

Hands-on experience on Azure network, compute, storage and security setups for hosted applications.

Experience with IIS configuration for Web apps and API Micro services.

Experience with setting up monitoring using Azure Log Analytics.

Experience with any of the industry leading APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Newrelic or Splunk.
